Website Update
+ reorganisation
It's been a whlie since the site was updated, and as things have changed quite significantly, it has made sense to reorganise it a little.
I've changed the way the site is hosted, but you shouldn't see any evidence of this except (I hope!) improved performance.
For technical reasons, I have removed the multi-language support from the site, and I hope users can still use google translate to access the content. The translations I provided were all powered by google translate, but add a significant amount of development time to even small changes within the site. I apologise sincerely if this amendment causes any inconvenience.
Phase 1 of this project is well and truly over now, but Phase 2 is still underway and is evolving all the time. Rather than keep updating "Final Plans," I've decided to leave the original proposals in their own menu item, create a "Phase 1" section which will include the details of phase 1 as per the Manchester City Council Website, and then create a "Phase 2" section which will include all the plans as they currently stand. For Phase 2, I've created a separate section to view the design maps. MCC provide these in pdf format, but feedback has suggested that they are easier to view in this website, and so I have collated them together. Finally, I've created an additional section to track updates as provided by Manchester City Council via their website.
This will be easier to update rather than trying to keep track of any "final" decisions that MCC make in respect of the project.
The sections can be accessed via the menu, however I've made some big buttons below just for ease.
